Since 1960, Levy Recognition has grown from a local Tampa business into a trusted partner for teams, brands, and organizations across the country. What has stayed constant is the standard behind the work: thoughtful design, dependable execution, and recognition meant to last.
1960: THE BEGINNING
A SMALL SHOP.
A BIGGER STANDARD.
Levy began as a small trophy business in downtown Tampa. Even after being told the business would never succeed, George Levy built it around custom work, personal service, and recognition people would be proud to receive.
TODAY: A TAMPA SPORTS LEGACY
BUILT INTO
THE CITY'S STORY.
George Levy and his twin brother, J. Leonard, helped shape Tampa's civic and sports landscape. Leonard played a central role in bringing professional sports and major events to the city, while George built George A. Levy Awards into one of the country's leading awards businesses. In 2025, Tampa named a roadway near Raymond James Stadium in their honor.
