Gusty wind, rain, and colder than average weather couldn't keep the Levy Recognition crew from getting together for the the 2018 Outback Bowl on January 1st. Tailgating for the event has become an LMA tradition. Employees and friends celebrate the new year with food, games, and fun. What a wonderful way to ring in the New Year!
This year's match up between the SEC's South Carolina Gamecocks and Big 10's Michigan Wolverines was one to remember. Waking up to temperatures in the 60's felt like your average "Florida Winter," but a sudden drop of the mercury had fans shivering in temperatures below 40 by halftime. As temperatures continued to drop, so did Wolverine's 16 point lead over the Gamecocks.
South Carolina, down 19-3 in the third quarter, rallied to score 23 unanswered points to win 26-19 over the Michigan Wolverines. The Gamecocks forced five turnovers while chipping away at Michigan's advantage. Congratulations South Carolina Gamecocks on your comeback to win the 2018 edition of the Outback Bowl. We can't wait until next year!
