Graphic Artist
Division/Department: Art/ Marketing
Reporting Relationship: VP of Operations/Creative Development Manager
Location of Job: 2415 N Albany Ave. Tampa, FL 33607
Work Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm or as needed (Part time and Full time Opportunities)
Status: Non-Exempt
Summary of duties and responsibilities: Generates both manual and computer based art.
Translates layouts and designs into top quality artwork for Production Departments.
Operates computer for desktop publishing.
Upon receipt of customer's art, determines best method to provide artwork to Production dept. or outside vendor.
Prepares proof compositions for approval before going to production.
Keep records and files of past and present artwork.
Assists with graphic art needs
Assists with any marketing related needs
Simple design tasks (flyers, mocking up products with logos, etc.)
Image Editing
Image Searching
Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Minimum Qualifications: Four year degree or a minimum two (2) years experience, ability and technical knowledge in graphics art functions, good organizational abilities, computer experience. Knowledge of art software such as: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw. Knowledge of 3D software such as Rhino and Fusion are a plus.

Manufacturing Production Assistant
Reporting Relationship: Executive Team

Work Schedule: As determined by the Executive Team (Part time and Full time Opportunities)
Status: Non-Exempt
Summary of duties and responsibilities: Responsible for assisting the manufacturing engineer, purchasing manager, and shipping/receiving in various hands on, technical and administrative tasks. Specific duties of the production assistant include assisting in quality control, monitoring orders scheduled out, assisting production associates with scheduled work preparation, handling day to day administrative tasks in production, acting as liaison between production control and manufacturing, ensuring that all the raw materials are stocked in appropriate quantities, maintaining maintenance schedule for all equipment/machinery, assist with shipping/receiving of materials and product and assist with administrative tasks in purchasing
Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing all purchase orders and send purchase order to vendors per Purchasing Manager request.
Assist in following up with vendors on status of purchase orders.
Understand the planning function in production to be able to act as back up to Manufacturing Engineer and purchasing manager and to also be able to assist in communication to production associates what is planned for the day.
Assist in monitoring product flow within the department.
Assist in monitoring all orders that are scheduled out.
Match invoices to receivers/POs
Assist in reviewing labor times clocked in manufacturing orders
Preform quality control, log signature in MO notes and mark MO as complete.
Assist in addressing and correcting any issues that arise during production of an order.
Communicate all production concerns with sales staff as quickly as possible.
Assist in reporting damaged product
Learn and understand how to perform purchasing tasks and act as backup to purchasing manager
Assist in receiving, quality controlling of product received and ensuring product is placed in proper designated area in warehouse.
Assist in maintain cleanliness and organization of production floor and warehouse
Assist as a contact person for onsite technicians
Organize supply ordering
Must work as a team player and assist where needed
Maintain standards as set forth by the EPA and/or OSHA
Assist with scheduling and conducting any required testing by the CPA and/or OSHA.

Foundry Worker

Summary of duties and responsibilities: A foundry worker takes up a wide range of tasks to make products that involve melting and pouring metal. At a foundry, this role may involve pouring, sand making, grinding, molding, melting, or core making.
Equipment Used: Spin Casters, Buffers, Sanders, Drills, Saws, Adhesives, hand craftmanship
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of work related experience
Basic computer skills
Artistic ability
Experienced in Corel Draw
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Attention to close detail and the ability to recognize flaws or defects
Knowledge of measurements and how to properly use a ruler
Ability to multi-task
Since of urgency
Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding department

Monitor the pouring of molten metal into molds and other forms to create castings with the help of ladles and hand-operated equipment.
Carefully track the temperature gauges and color, heating units, furnace flames, etc. to melt metal as per requirements.
Adjust extra metal and skim slag in inglots or equipment with strainers, burners and other hand tools.
Ensure that water is circulated through the cores or water is sprayed on filled molds to create a solid metal product. Build sand molds for castings with rotolifts, induction furnaces and jolt squeeze machines.

Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse Associate
Reporting Relationship: VP of Operations/Purchasing Manager

Summary of duties and responsibilities: The Receiving, Shipping, and Warehouse Associate is responsible for all item movement inbound, outbound, and within the production area. This individual will also oversee the organization and upkeep of the warehouse and its entire inventory. The receiving, shipping, and warehouse associate will be expected to maintain a professional image of the company with dealing with vendors, customers, and fellow co-workers.
Responsibilities: Receiving
Receive vendor deliveries and shipments
Unload inbound freight and moved to warehouse
Call vendor to obtain RA for any damaged or broken items
Complete necessary RA paperwork and turn into purchasing
Report any damaged or broken received items to purchasing
Monitor paperwork flow within the department and make suggestions for improvements
Work with purchasing department on large program orders
Maintain safe work environment
Performs other related duties and assignments as required
Responsibilities: Shipping
Double check outbound orders and advise floor supervisor of any need to correct an imperfection on product before shipping
Package outbound shipments neatly with all necessary flyers and according to current SOP
Call to schedule all freight shipments
Have outbound freight ready at time specified during scheduling
Ship returns as directed
Process all multi-ship orders to the proper location without errors and according to current SOP
Schedule company driver to insure best time management based on deliveries and pick-ups
Complete order notes for any information pertaining to the order
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly shipping reports
Monitor paperwork flow within the department and make suggestions for improvements
Maintain proper levels of shipping supplies
Create shipping supplies purchase order and turn into purchasing
Complete claim paperwork on all shipments that received damaged by customer
Follow-up on all shipping claims until approved by carrier.
Turn in all approved shipping claims to VP of Operations
Manage logistics of shipping carriers and packages
Maintain safe work environment.

Responsibilities: Warehouse
Match inbound shipment to appropriate work orders.
Pull stock for orders
Stage all orders in the proper production department once ready otherwise stage incomplete order is holding area until all parts are received.
Assist in maintaining a steady work flow on the production floor by staging orders ahead in product permits.
Insure inventory maintenance is reviewed daily to include straightening stock, stocking shelves, and assisting purchasing/accounting to verify any questions.
Make recommended reorder notice on all warehouse supplies.
Maintain neat and organized warehouse.
Create and maintain a warehouse map.
Monitor paperwork flow within the department and make suggestions for improvements.
Work with production floor supervisor and purchasing on stock counts for large program orders.
Maintain safe work environment.
