The Tampa Pig Jig is an annual fundraiser event featuring live music, great food, a BBQ competition, drinks and games. Each year, teams from across the Tampa Bay area come together to compete for a cause. The event benefits the NephCure Kidney International, the only non-profit organization committed to supporting research, improving treatment and finding a cure for the debilitating kidney disease, Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis and Nephrotic Syndrome (FSGNS). Over the past 6 years, the Tampa Pig Jig has raised over $2,000,000 with all proceeds benefiting NephCure.
Levy Recognition proud to donate the trophies and award plaques for the Tampa Pig Jig each year since its creation. We also enjoy the opportunity to attend the event and be part of the memories in the making The rain didn’t stop us from spending a great day with friends, family, and coworkers enjoying amazing food, live music, fun games. However, what we really look forward to is seeing the excitement on the competition winner’s faces when they cross the stage to receive their award. Even better- getting to be part of a community event that raises money for a great cause and recognizes the men and women who give their time and energy to finding a cure for FSGNS.
