We want to keep you informed on how Levy is handling the current COVID - 19 situation. As always, our priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and customers alike.
Our goal during this time has been to keep Levy running with minimal disruption and to provide full support to our customers. To this end, Levy has taken proactive measures to protect the health and well-being of both our employees and customers. Our manufacturing and production facility has remained open with strict measures to protect our team following the CDC best practices and our front office staff follows similar protocol, including mandatory mask-wearing, hand-washing, and routine sterilization of surfaces. We encourage our customers to contact us however you’re most comfortable, whether that be in-person or virtually.
There has been a lot going on here behind the scenes at Levy Recognition. We’ve used the past few months as an opportunity to improve our practices and focus on steps we can take to better serve the needs of our growing customer base. We have heard from several of you that you have lost key suppliers during this pandemic and we are diversifying our product and service offerings to fill those gaps.
